Fisher Signs & Shirts was started in April of 2015 when Ron and his best friend filled a need in the market by opening a sign and clothing shop in Southampton. Our first employee hire was Rebecca in 2016. We needed a talented graphic designer that really understood branding and marketing. Rebecca has been growing with us ever since.

Sarah was recruited a few months later from an ice cream store in Riverhead. We noticed immediately that her attitude, skill set and competency fit perfectly with the company we were building. As office manager, Sarah has risen as a leader, representing our company in Networking Groups and acting as a leader in Ron and Jerry’s absence.

Gus was brought on to bolster production in 2017. He stayed full time with Fisher Signs through 2020 when life made him a father. For 3 years, we felt his absence.  In 2023, he came back to work part time.  We’re so happy to have him back. You’ll see him out on the road installing all over the East End in our can’t miss transit!

We expanded our staff post pandemic in 2021 and breathed new life into Fisher Signs & Shirts.  We hired team members with extensive backgrounds and skill sets that enhanced our product offerings, quality, and turnaround time. Their enthusiasm for the industry and dedication to Fisher Signs & Shirts has allowed us to grow leaps and bounds.

Luke came from Panera Bread to expand our online sales presence in 2021.  He now operates our Amazon, ebay and Etsy stores in addition to quality checking all of our decorated clothing orders.

Helene joined our team in 2022, bringing extensive experience operating lasers. She has a knack for making things pretty and a keen eye for business specific promotional products and gifts.

Erik is a wrap extraordinaire!  You’ll see him in our parking lot and garage perfecting truck lettering and branding for all of our clients.  Ron and the entire team at Fisher Signs & Shirts strive to bring the best designs, products, and shopping experience to our customers.

Our mission is to be the best sign, promotional product and clothing company on the South Fork.  We thank you for your continued support.
