The Village of Quogue has a total area of 5.0 square miles, of which 4.2 square miles is land.

  • Construction, jobsite, and real estate signs must be smaller than 4 square feet, single sided, and installed within 4 feet of the front of the house or building.  They do not require a sign permit as long as they are temporary and removed within 1 week of the end of a project.

  • To obtain a sign permit in the Village of Quogue, the following paperwork is required, and the lead time is approximately 15 days from application submission to issuance.
