The Village of Westhampton Beach has a total area of 3.0 square miles, of which 2.9 square miles is land.

  • Construction and jobsite signs may be no larger than 4 square feet, single sided and installed parallel to the street.  These signs may only have the contractor name and telephone number.
  • Real estate signs must be 18″ x 12″, single sided, and have blue lettering displaying only the real estate company, for sale, and a telephone number.
